Tameer is proud of its ability to provide comprehensive real estate investment and development services; central to this is one of our principle subsidiaries, Tamcon, which provides high quality construction services. Given the existence of in-house architectural, design and engineering teams, Tameer’s added ability to offer construction services by undertaking first hand contracting jobs and offering sub-contracting services, enables the company to deliver full scope, highly customized solution to its clients. 

Tamcon holds a building contracts ‘AA’ grade from the Ministry of Works, and has the capability to undertake a range of civil and electro-mechanical works, building construction and infrastructure works. The company has delivered and continues to work on a significant number of projects in its own right, ranging from infrastructural works, to sporting facilities, residential properties and commercial estates.
