Durrat Marina, one of the Kingdom’s prime examples of marina lifestyle, was happy to be a key exhibitor in the Gulf Property Show 2014. Held under the patronage of His Excellency, the Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the exhibition stands as one of the Kingdom’s premier showcases of real estate and development projects.

Within the exhibition, Durrat Marina showcased progress on Phase 1, including construction of villas and residential apartments, as well the marina promenade which will host an array of cafes and retail outlets, and will enable the creation of a “downtown” arena for both Durrat Al Bahrain and Durrat Marina residents.

Waleed Saffy, CEO of Durrat Marina, welcomed the participation in Gulf Property as a key platform for cementing enthusiasm and trust for the real estate industry’s developments in Bahrain. “The Gulf Property Show has over the years been a great showcase for the real estate sector. Through our participation we hope to illustrate our progress towards achieving our vision for a marina-based luxury development. Our phase 1 residential area in terms of villas has already sold out, and progress on construction is nearing completion, with handovers expected by end of year. The retail zone, along the marina promenade, which is also being marketed within the exhibition, has received an overwhelming response from potential investors. The anchoring marina area with its 113 yacht berths are also expected to start operation shortly. Beyond the initial phase 1 in our project development, we also have found keen interest in phase 2 of our villas and residential areas.”

Those interested in Durrat Marina can visit its stand within the exhibition, which will run until 9pm on May 8th in the Bahrain Exhibition Center, or alternatively visit the project’s sales offices located nearby Durrat Albahrain.
