Gulf Real Estate Company Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Established by Tameer, Gulf Investment House and other regional strategic investors, Aqarat Al Khaleej has a paid-up capital of US$ 87 million. It is the first partially GCC-owned real estate investment company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the shareholding split 51 to 49 per cent between Saudi and GCC investors. Aqarat Al Khaleej carries out a range of real estate investment and property development activities similar to Tameer.
