As part of Tameer’s strategic plans for Bahrain Investment Wharf, Tameer recently formed a strategic alliance with business partner ProCapital Associates to develop a permanent labour residence complex at the Wharf to accommodate some 20,000 labour workers under safe and advanced living facilities. Covering an area of 120,000 square metres, such project is – the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain, involving the development of a model residential community for industrial workers, setting new standards for labour accommodation and supporting amenities.
