Hamad Town 2 is a major mixed-use development by Tameer, in collaboration with a number of strategic investors. An area of raw land covering 3.5 million square feet has been purchased, and will be subdivided into two areas – one for development and the other for sale as raw plots. The investment duration is expected to be between two and three years, with an estimated total project investment value of US$ 250 million.
