Since its establishment in June 2002, Tameer has reported continuous growth and profitability. The key milestones illustrate the strong financial performance of the Group from 2002 to 2007. This trend has continued into 2007, with for the year 2007 ending with a net profit of US$ 45.2 million, an increase of 39 per cent over the corresponding period in 2006.
Net income Tameer has seen an exponential increase in net income since its inception in June 2002. In particular, the Group witnessed exceptional growth in 2005, when net income increased by 493 per cent over the previous year to US$ 26 million. In 2007, Tameer recorded a 39 per cent increase in net profit to US$ 45.2 million compared to US$ 32.6 million for the corresponding period of 2006.
