BIW Labour Accommodation
at Bahrain Investment Wharf

As part of Tameer’s strategic plans for the Bahrain Investment Wharf (BIW), Tameer recently formed a strategic alliance with business partner ProCapital Associates to develop a US$ 90 million permanent labour residence complex at BIW to accommodate some 20,000 labour workers under safe and advanced living facilities. Covering an area of 120,000 square metres, such project is – the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain, involving the development of a model residential community for industrial workers, setting new standards for labour accommodation and supporting amenities.

The project holds an expected IRR of 20% over a two year period.
