This income generating real estate investment fund was established by Tameer and Khaleej Finance & Investment and Tameer in 2002 to acquire the landmark Seef Tower office building in Bahrain. Tameer managed the property on behalf of investors, achieving a final IRR of 14.4 per cent upon exit, compared to the targeted IRR of 12 per cent.
