1. Laith Al Memar Chief Executive Officer

   Mr. Al Memar holds over 24 years of regional and International experience and knowledge in real-estate investment and development, asset management, project management and facilities management.

    

   He has held several prominent positions within Tameer including Deputy CEO and Executive Director Property Development & Services and more recently has assumed his   present role as Chief Executive Officer in April 2009. Mr. Al-Memar has previously worked in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Tameer, he served as Manager for Projects and Properties in Zayani Investments and has managed a portfolio of large scale Industrial, residential, commercial and healthcare developments. He has also worked as Senior Architect and Project Manager at Gulf House Engineering in the   Kingdom of Bahrain and CS Design Canada.

    

   Mr. Al Memar has extensive experience in structuring investments and managing funds in addition to setting up new businesses and subsidiaries. He specializes in the development, management and execution of mega industrial, logistics, leisure, touristic, commercial and residential developments and is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of a number of companies including Bahrain Investment Wharf, Tamcon and Paramount Facilities Management Co.; in addition to serving as Managing Director of Tala Island Development Company.

    

   He furthermore serves as a board member in various companies including Al Luzi Housing Development Co., BIW Business Park Development Co., BIW Labour Accommodation Co., Dannat Resort Development Co. and Coldwell Banker Bahrain. As a Certified Architect he holds a B.Sc. degree in Architecture.

2. Murad Al Ramadan Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Head of Investment

   Mr. Al Ramadan is an investment professional with more than 10 years industry experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, Project Financing and Real Estate Investment and Development.

    

   Mr. Al Ramadan worked on major large scale projects in Bahrain and the region including Durrat Al Bahrain, Al Areen Development, Banyan Tree Desert Spa & Resort, Lost Paradise of Dilmun Waterpark, Jordan Gate Towers, and Bahrain Financial Harbour.

    

   Prior to joining Tameer, Mr. Al Ramadan served as a Director of the Investment Department at Gulf Finance House (GFH) where he structured and managed real estate investment portfolios in excess of US$1 billion, previously he started his career in Accounting and Auditing where he worked for KPMG Bahrain and Qatar and held various positions in Financial Control with major real estate development companies in Bahrain.

    

   Mr. Al Ramadan serves as a board member in various companies including Bahrain Investment Wharf B.S.C., Tala Island Development Co., Al Luzi Housing Development Co., BIW Business Park Development Co., Paramount Facilities Management Co.

    

   Mr. Al Ramadan holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Accounting from University of Bahrain, and a Master Degree in Business Administration (honors) from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT),USA.

3. Mohamed Khalil Hashim Executive Director, Head of Property Development and Services

   Mr. Khalil is a trained professional with more than 8 years industry experience in design management, project management, construction management, contracts management and strategic planning.

    

   Mr. Khalil is currently responsible for managing Tameer’s vast array of real estate development projects and overlooks all stages of project and property development including the initiation, feasibility, conceptualization, design development, design management, construction management, project management, strategic planning and value engineering of mega industrial,  logistics, retail, business, residential, leisure, touristic and marina developments.

    

   Mr. Khalil is a board member in Paramount Properties Facility Management Co. and Dannat Resort Development Co. Ltd.  Prior to joining Tameer in 2004, Mr. Khalil worked at renowned French aluminum systems supplier, Technal, and as Project Manager at Architectural World, a privately owned specialist architectural engineering consultancy firm.  Mr. Khalil holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Bahrain.

4. Hella Fakhro Executive Director, Investment Department

   Hella is the Executive Director of the Investment Department at Tameer where she has experience in real estate acquisition, investment structuring, financial modeling, market research, preparing business plans and developing placement documents.

    

   She has worked on Tameer’s real estate projects and companies including Bahrain Investment Wharf, a US$ 2 billion privately operated industrial park in Bahrain, Marina Durrat Al Bahrain, Reef mortgage financing company, and Dannat Resort Development in Saudi Arabia.

    

   Hella is involved in all stages of real estate investment from assessing the project’s feasibility to coordinating with advisors and legal consultants to working with investors to raise the required equity for projects to monitoring investment performance and investor returns.

    

   Prior to that, she was a consultant in the Strategic Management Consulting division at BDO Jawad Habib where she worked on different projects in a variety of sectors including hospitality & leisure, consumer and industrial products, medical services, financial services, media, transportation, real estate and the government sector.

    

   Hella has a Bachelor Degree from Brown University, USA and a Master Degree from New York University, USA.

5. Mohamed Abdulla Isa Group Chief Financial Officer (Inovest)

   Prior to joining the group, Mr. Isa held several management positions at Unilever, where he spent several years based at their Dubai (UAE) and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).

    

   His extensive experience includes project risk assessment, and due diligence and valuation for disposal of businesses, accounting system implementations. Mr. Isa is a Board member in Bahrain Investment Wharf.

    

   A Certified Public Accountant from Colorado State Board of Accountancy, USA, he holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hull.

6. Mohammed Abdul Khaliq Executive Director, Business Development (Inovest)

   Prior to joining the group in 2004, Mr. Abdul Khaliq held a number of management positions with Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

    

   He also served as Chairman of the Market Committee for Property and Casualty Insurance in Bahrain. His current Board memberships include Chairman of Coldwell Banker Bahrain, and Vice Chairman of Adhari Park Development Company.

    

   A Chartered Insurer, Mr. Abdul Khaliq is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. He also holds a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bahrain, and a member of Bahrain Engineering Society.
